Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times below are estimates in business days after dispatch and may vary due to carrier and customs factors. Some items ship from local warehouses and arrive faster; others ship from our overseas partners.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update as the carrier scans your package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Unsupported Destinations We're currently unable to ship to Turkey. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.
